The list of alerts that members can receive:
Method 1: Email
Method 2: Text Message
Method 3: Mobile Notifications
NOTE: Members can sign up to receive alerts by all 3 methods.
For Email & Text
Step 1: Login to online banking.
Step 2: Go to 'Settings' located at the top right of the screen.
Step 3: Click on the 'Security and Alerts' Tab.
Step 4: Click on the 'Account and Security Alerts' Tab.
Step 5: Use the dropdown menu to select the alert type and fill out any corresponding information. Step 6: Click the 'Manage Delivery' tab.
Step 7: Fill out email and phone number information that the alert will be sent to.
In order for our members to receive mobile notifications, they must have our Go Energy app downloaded to their mobile device.
Step 1: Login to the Go Energy mobile banking app.
Step 2: Click the 'More' option. (Located at the bottom of the screen)
Step 3: Select 'Alerts'
Step 4: Turn on 'Notifications'
