Go Energy Financial Account Alerts

What sort of alerts?

The list of alerts that members can receive:

  • Account Balance
  • Change of Address
  • Online Password Change
  • Online Account Locked
  • Fees Charged
  • Interest Charged
  • Broadcast Alerts
  • Check Clearings
  • And More (For all alerts, go to 'Settings' in Online Banking.)

How will members recieve the alerts?

Method 1: Email

  • Requires: Alert enrollment through Online Banking.

Method 2: Text Message

  • Requires: Alert enrollment through Online Banking.

Method 3: Mobile Notifications

  • Requires: Alert enrollment through the Go Energy mobile app.

NOTE: Members can sign up to receive alerts by all 3 methods.

How do members enroll?

For Email & Text

Step 1: Login to online banking.
Step 2: Go to 'Settings' located at the top right of the screen.
Step 3: Click on the 'Security and Alerts' Tab.
Step 4: Click on the 'Account and Security Alerts' Tab.
Step 5: Use the dropdown menu to select the alert type and fill out any corresponding information. Step 6: Click the 'Manage Delivery' tab.
Step 7: Fill out email and phone number information that the alert will be sent to.

What about mobile notifications?

In order for our members to receive mobile notifications, they must have our Go Energy app downloaded to their mobile device.

Step 1: Login to the Go Energy mobile banking app.
Step 2: Click the 'More' option. (Located at the bottom of the screen)
Step 3: Select 'Alerts'
Step 4: Turn on 'Notifications'
