  • What else will this change in my checking account?

Everything else will remain the same! This transition is designed to be as worry-free for you as possible! The following WILL NOT change:

    • Your account number stays the same
    • Your debit card will remain active
    • Your checks stay the same
    • Your online banking login information stays the same
    • Your Online Bill Pay stays the same
    • Your Zelle information stays the same
    • Your automatic payments and/or transfers will remain active
  • What does it mean if I got two letters?

Do not panic! It means one of two options:

    1. You have multiple types of checking accounts that are both being affected.
      • Do you have a Basic Checking and an Interest Checking account? You will now have a Go-To Checking and a Spark Checking account!
      • Do you have a Student Checking and a Spark Checking? You will now have a Go-To Checking and a Spark Checking!
      • See above for more information on our new account types.
    2. You may get a duplicate letter due to changing account types in the past. Your account will not revert to a previous account type.
      • Previously changed from Interest Checking account to a Basic Checking account? You will now have a Go-To Checking account! Your account information is not changing!
      • Previously changed from Basic Checking to Spark Checking? You still have a Spark Checking account! Your account information is not changing!
